Consolidated Natural Gas Names R. Anderson Haas Vice President, Corporate Human Resources

Mr. Haas, 45, joined Consolidated in 1981 as regional audit manager. He became assistant to the chairman of Consolidated in 1989. He went on to hold various positions in employee benefits and human resources before becoming acting vice president, corporate human resources, in 1998.

Mr. Haas holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Thiel College and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a certified public accountant.
